CASE MANAGEMENT
CASE MANAGEMENT
Our case management services are tailored to provide individualized assistance to our residents and their families. We provide a case manager to each individual at Grassroot Recovery, helping participants and their families in every aspect of ones’ care.
SOBER COACHING
SOBER COACHING
Peer Certified Recovery Specialists to help residents walk through early recovery challenges on an individual level and coordinate a care plan.
FAMILY COMMUNICATION
FAMILY COMMUNICATION
Consistent communication with parents/family is scheduled to provide updates and gain insight into ways to better assist each resident along their journey.

We facilitate numerous opportunities for our residents to engage in activities, community, and wellness.
DRUG TESTING
DRUG TESTING
Residents are breathalyzed daily and at random with 19-panel alcohol and drug urine analysis testing.
MEDICATION OVERSIGHT
MEDICATION OVERSIGHT
All residents’ medication is stored in the house medication safe. Staff will arrange refills and appointments, as well as regular medication counts.

We support with financial responsibility, accountability and mitigate risk by simplifying a trackable weekly spend program.
